DESCRIPTION:Two-Part Workshop is held FridaysApril 24 & May 112 – 4 PM EDT  \n\n\n\n*Participation in this workshop is for one person per registration. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Workshop\n\n\n\nAI for HR & Operations in Construction is a hands-on\, facilitator-led workshop designed specifically for HR and operations professionals who want to use artificial intelligence to reduce administrative workload\, improve consistency\, and better support employees across their organization. \n\n\n\nThis two-part\, live-virtual workshop focuses on how AI behaves in real construction environments\, not theory or hype. Participants learn how off-the-shelf AI tools can be applied to practical\, job-relevant use cases such as onboarding support\, policy navigation\, internal communications\, and employee-facing guidance. \n\n\n\nThe experience emphasizes guided practice\, real-world workflows\, and collaboration rather than lectures. Participants actively experiment with AI tools\, work through realistic construction scenarios\, and apply what they’re learning to their own roles. \n\n\n\nBy the end of the workshop\, attendees will have tested role-specific workflows and begun building an internal HR or operations AI assistant they can continue refining and using across their organization. \n\n\n\n\n\n. \n\n\n\n        Workshop Outcomes \n\n\n\n\nUnderstand how AI tools behave in real construction HR and operations contexts\n\n\n\nLearn how off-the-shelf AI tools can support administrative and employee-facing workflows\n\n\n\nApply AI to practical use cases such as onboarding\, policy interpretation\, and internal communications\n\n\n\nEvaluate AI outputs for accuracy\, usefulness\, and consistency\n\n\n\nCollaborate with peers to design and test role-specific workflows\n\n\n\nBegin building an internal HR or operations AI assistant tailored to their organization\n\n\n\nLeave with usable workflows and strategies they can implement immediately\n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend: This workshop is designed for HR and operations professionals working in construction companies who want to reduce manual work\, improve consistency\, and increase internal capacity.  \n\n\n\n*No technical or AI background is required. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTechnology and ParticipationFor the classroom:– Please have Zoom downloaded.– Computer with dual monitor preferred.– Laptop or desktop computer. ((phones or tablets are not recommended for this workshop)  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nFor Participation:– Camera\, built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.– Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred.– Each student should be on their own computer/laptop\, if possible.– Access to at least one AI tool (e.g.\, ChatGPT\, Gemini\, Copilot or Claude)– Sample HR or operations materials you regularly use (e.g.\, policies\, onboarding documents\, employee communications\, or common FAQs) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy:  \n\n\n\nA full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time\, no refunds will be given.
