The Lean Construction Education Program is your answer. This comprehensive 36-hour program\, offered by the Associated General Contractors of America\, is designed for construction professionals at all levels. It teaches the Lean Operating System\, focusing on continuous improvements for every aspect of a construction project – from planning to recycling. \n\n\n\nThe program includes five units\, covering everything from the introduction to Lean Construction to applying Lean thinking outside of field production. You’ll learn about process efficiency\, variation mitigation\, the Last Planner System®\, and much more. Certified by Engineering & consulting offices accrediting committee in Qatar with UPDA grade A. She got her master’s degree in 2014 in Implementing Lean practice in BIM Projects. PMP Certified Professional. She implemented Lean in design projects for the first time in the Middle East in a design consultancy firm in 2013.  \n\n\n\nDawlat was one of the first CM-LEAN Instructors in Qatar and one of the first Lean leaders in the Middle East\, promoting Lean thinking and Lean Construction by being a speaker at several conferences since 2015. In addition\, she was one of the founding core teams of Lean Construction Institute in Qatar in 2019. Dawlat is an active Instructor for the AGC LCEP Course in Qatar and has instructed the course several times for public and private organizations. \n\n\n\n\n\nAGC’s Project Management Development Program offers participants up to 40 hours of professional development with the opportunity to receive the following continuing education credits (CEUs): \n\n\n\nTBD IACET CEUs | The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. Jim was instrumental in creating the first ever Construction Safety degree plan at Keene State University that awarded degrees to its first graduating class in 2019.Jim currently serves as the Chairman for Government Affairs on the Associated General Contractors of America National Safety Committee. In his current role\, he provides safety and health training\, management systems development\, corporate & project safety culture assessments\, OSHA consultations\, and incident investigations/management. \n\n\n\nMr. Kinn has a B.S. degree in Environmental and Hazardous Materials Management from the University of Findlay and a M.S. degree in Occupational Health / Industrial Hygiene from the Medical College of Ohio\, Toledo. He has over 27 years’ experience in construction safety and has been an OSHA 500 authorized instructor for 26 years with over 10000 people trained in the OSHA 10– and 30-hour construction course.
