The collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom to prepare construction industry professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to increase the participant’s ability to work successfully with others to ensure project success. \n\n\n\nPMDP consists of five units\, each focusing on critical aspects of project management\, from initiation and planning to execution\, monitoring\, controlling\, and closeout. You’ll gain insights into construction law\, safety\, contract management\, stakeholder engagement\, cost estimation\, quality assurance\, and much more. Participants will gain hands‑on experience analyzing more complex drawing sets\, understanding how multiple disciplines interact\, and recognizing how documents are used throughout the construction process. Through guided instruction and real‑world examples\, students will learn to interpret detailed sections\, assemblies\, and system layouts; cross‑reference architectural\, structural\, and MEP drawings; and identify discrepancies or conflicts before they impact the field. In that time\, he developed standards\, mapped workflow processes\, and established deliverables for BIM across the AECO industries.
