The highly collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and is best suited for anyone on a construction jobsite in a supervisory role – from the new supervisor or foreman to the experienced superintendent who is looking to become a more effective manager of people\, time\, equipment and materials. \n\n\n\n\nKey Contract Elements: Explore the various components of contract documents that drive project planning and scheduling. Participants will gain hands‑on experience analyzing more complex drawing sets\, understanding how multiple disciplines interact\, and recognizing how design documents are used throughout the construction process. Through guided instruction and real‑world examples\, students will learn to interpret detailed sections\, assemblies\, and system layouts; cross‑reference architectural\, structural\, and MEP drawings; and identify discrepancies or conflicts before they impact the field.
