This 24-hour course is an essential step for anyone aspiring to lead construction projects\, especially new supervisors or foremen. CSF covers the core skills needed for effective construction management\, from team management and leadership to communication\, time management\, and risk assessment. \n\n\n\nIn nine interactive units\, you’ll learn about managing project teams\, leading effectively\, enhancing communication\, and mastering time and cost control. Understand the intricacies of construction law\, tackle problem resolution\, and focus on productivity. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and her master’s degree in Project Engineering and Management\, both from Montana Tech. She has over 20 years of diverse experience in the field\, including working for oil and gas companies\, private consulting\, and construction in Alaska.
