The  Productivity and Project Costs unit in AGC’s Supervisory Training Program\, 10th edition provides you with the tools and techniques to monitor\, manage\, and optimize these critical aspects of your projects. The highly collaborative virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and is best suited for anyone on a construction jobsite in a supervisory role – from the new supervisor or foreman to the experienced superintendent who is looking to become a more effective manager of people\, time\, equipment and materials. \n\n\n\n\nTracking Productivity: Learn how to systematically track productivity on your construction site. Understand the key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter and how to use them to gauge efficiency and performance.\n\n\n\nManaging Project Costs: Discover strategies for accurate cost estimation\, budgeting\, and cost control. Daphene has been teaching AGC courses since 2000. She brings over 20 years of construction industry experience on commercial and industrial projects. While a professor at Purdue University in the School of Construction Management professor she partnered with contractors for research in the development\, facilitation and  assessment of training. She currently teaches virtual\, hybrid and in seat courses in Project Management\, Field Supervision and Construction technical areas.
