Advanced MS Project is a focused 4-hour workshop designed for experienced users who want to explore the software’s advanced features for risk management\, integrated schedules and company-level tracking resource tracking.  \n\n\n\nThrough instructor-led demonstrations and hands-on exercises\, you’ll learn how to streamline scheduling workflows\, manage project data across multiple teams\, and apply advanced tools to improve efficiency in both project and company-wide management. \n\n\n\nJoin this class to expand your MS Project expertise and increase your overall efficiency in project and organizational planning. \n\n\n\n\n\n. \n\n\n\nWorkshop Outcomes: \n\n\n\n\nExamine and apply risk management tools in MS Project\n\n\n\nDemonstrate efficiencies for tracking resources\, cost\, procurement and company level requirements\n\n\n\nApply advanced reports to real projects for improved forecasting and visibility\n\n\n\n\nWho should attend: Experienced project managers\, assistant project managers\, schedulers\, owners\, and executives who use MS Project regularly and want to leverage advanced tools for broader project and company management. \n\n\n\n**Participants must have access to either the desktop or web version of the MS Project software before the class starts. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTechnology and ParticipationFor the classroom:– Please have Zoom downloaded.– Computer with dual monitor preferred.– Laptop is good with a separate tablet to access the materials.*Participation in this workshop is for one person per registration. \n\n\n\n\n\nFor participation:– Camera\, built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.– Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred.– Each student should be on their own computer/laptop/tablet.– **Ensure that MS Project software is installed\, up-to-date\, and/or logged in on the web. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy:A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time\, no refunds will be given. Daphene has been teaching AGC courses since 2000. She brings over 20 years of construction industry experience on commercial and industrial projects. While a professor at Purdue University in the School of Construction Management\, she partnered with contractors for research in the development\, facilitation and assessment of training. She currently teaches virtual\, hybrid and in seat courses in Project Management\, Field Supervision and Construction technical areas.
