Participants learn how off-the-shelf AI tools can be applied to practical\, job-relevant use cases such as onboarding support\, policy navigation\, internal communications\, and employee-facing guidance. \n\n\n\nThe experience emphasizes guided practice\, real-world workflows\, and collaboration rather than lectures. ((phones or tablets are not recommended for this workshop)  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nFor Participation:– Camera\, built in or added on and ready to stream to the classroom.– Headphones or earbuds with microphones are preferred.– Each student should be on their own computer/laptop\, if possible.– Access to at least one AI tool (e.g.\, ChatGPT\, Gemini\, Copilot or Claude)– Sample HR or operations materials you regularly use (e.g.\, policies\, onboarding documents\, employee communications\, or common FAQs) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy:  \n\n\n\nA full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off.
