This 24-hour course is an essential step for anyone aspiring to lead construction projects\, especially new supervisors or foremen. CSF covers the core skills needed for effective construction management\, from team management and leadership to communication\, time management\, and risk assessment. \n\n\n\nIn nine interactive units\, you’ll learn about managing project teams\, leading effectively\, enhancing communication\, and mastering time and cost control. Understand the intricacies of construction law\, tackle problem resolution\, and focus on productivity. Paul began his career as a carpenter and expanded through site supervision and project superintendent. His experience includes general building\, safety management\, leadership\, and training. He served as a superintendent and Safety Director at Pepper Construction for more than 18 years. Paul currently provides safety management and supervisory consulting services to the construction industry. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAGC’s Project Management Development Program offers participants up to 40 hours of professional development with the opportunity to receive the following continuing education credits (CEUs): \n\n\n\nTBD IACET CEUs | The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard.
