Additionally, Hispanics are projected to account for 75% of workforce growth between 2020 – 2034. Critically, over 60% of immigrant workers do not speak English.
With a long list of risks of a monolingual workforce, how do construction companies build and retain a workforce? Many are building a bilingual workforce. Equip your teams with the language skills needed to be successful at work – through a proven model that’s fun, dynamic, and culturally-rich. 100% online.
With a focus on the construction industry (shown to have the largest language gap…), many corporate clients opt for the bilingual learning approach: Spanish and English (for Spanish speakers). Learn from expert instructors – professionally trained in second language learning through an accredited program (as it takes way more than being a native speaker of the language) – and through our customized curriculum, designed in-house to meet the unique needs of your industry.
