AI for Business Development, Marketing & Sales is a hands-on, facilitator-led workshop designed for construction business development, marketing, and sales teams who want to use artificial intelligence to support proposals, pipelines, and market positioning.
This two-part, live-virtual workshop focuses on applying AI inside real pursuit and marketing workflows, not generic content generation. Participants explore how AI can assist with proposal development, RFP responses, messaging consistency, and differentiation while maintaining strategic control and brand integrity.
Through guided drafting, structured critique, and collaborative review, attendees work directly within realistic proposal and pursuit scenarios. The second session expands into pipeline support and marketing enablement, with participants beginning to build a proposal-focused AI assistant tailored to their organization’s processes.
By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with reusable proposal tools and workflows they can continue refining to support revenue-generating work.
