About the Course

AGC Edge’s Construction Supervision Fundamentals, Spanish Edition offers construction professionals the opportunity to complete this essential training entirely in Standard Spanish. This 24-hour course provides an in-depth exploration of construction supervision, focusing on the leadership, communication, and project management skills necessary for success in the field. By eliminating language barriers, this course ensures participants can fully engage with an expert instructor fluent in Spanish, detailed course materials, and interactive discussions.

Across nine comprehensive units, learners will dive into critical topics such as team management, time and cost control, risk mitigation, construction law, and productivity enhancement. The program also includes a mentor-guided career planning component, equipping participants with the tools to advance their careers. By learning in their native language, participants will gain a clearer and more confident grasp of supervision best practices, allowing them to apply their knowledge more effectively on the jobsite.

Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and a digital badge, recognizing their achievement and commitment to professional growth.
